CiH was founded to build the institutional infrastructure for youth-led civic change in the UK and internationally, operating through a systems-change model with four reinforcing logic chains.

Creative Ideation Hub (CiH) is a social enterprise founded by Busayo O. Morakinyo after relocating to the United Kingdom. It was established with a clear and ambitious vision: a world where every young person understands the systems that shape their life and has the knowledge, confidence and platform to change them.

CiH's mission is to build the infrastructure for youth-led civic change through co-created learning, community-rooted innovation, and sustained dialogue between young people and the institutions that serve them.

Theory of Change

CiH operates through a systems-change model with four reinforcing logic chains. If communities have access to digital tools that simplify civic participation and unlock public data, they can take informed, accountable actions toward better governance. If civic actors are equipped with digital, operational, and advocacy skills, local initiatives can scale and sustain their impact. If emerging civic groups receive compliant fiscal infrastructure, more organisations can access funding and deliver community change. If community insight is transformed into policy-ready research, institutions can design more inclusive, responsive public services.

CitizensNgage

CiH's flagship programme, CitizensNgage, operationalises the theory of change through a three-stage civic activation model: Awaken (meeting young people around real local issues they already feel the weight of), Educate (equipping them with knowledge of how governance, policy, and power actually work), and Enable (providing the space, tools, and resources to act as genuine agents of change in their communities).
